We packed and left the room at 11am. The hotel staff didn't communicate with us and directly deducted NZ$300 as a late check-out fee. This hotel has no integrity and deducts the amount from customers' credit cards at will. Everyone should stay away from this hotel. They only care about money, not integrity.
