I won’t recommend it,they couldn’t find my booking under my name so they charged me again. when I told them that I didn’t get the refund, they said they’ll send an email to manager,but they did nothing until I called them and asked. They only took it seriously when I asked their manager’s contact.It took so long to get my refund and I had to pay transaction fees!! We booked the sauna when we checked in,then the next day we went to the reception,they said they couldn’t find my booking again,and they didn’t even apologise for that,it’s all just ridiculous!

Awesome location with best services and beautiful scenery. Strongly recommended if you want to stay in a beautiful ambient environment with full amenities👍

Love the ambiance

The décor of the rooms were excellent and the small touches - such as the music that plays when you walk into the room, and the small bar area, the art work, and the welcome book - were really special. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quite, and the size of the room was prefect for two people. There is a sauna available to use by in-house guests, which is excellent after a long hike. Overall, the quality of the room was value for money. There is also a restaurant, but sadly it was not open the day that we stayed (Monday). We were quite upset about that as we had read very good reviews about the chef and food quality! Whilst the staff were nice at check in, they did not give much information about the premises (i.e. they didn't give us a tour or anything), and we had to ask a lot of questions. The location is outside of town, but a short drive if you have a car, or a short bus ride (the bus stop is right outside the hotel). Overall, I would highly recommend to stay here!

Location is not bad. But bit remote from city. Good we like a walk (4km) to get to Queenstown. Location is very well suited if you want to have some quiet time.

On the first night after arriving in Queenstown, I only chose a temporary accommodation close to the airport. The room was very stylish and basically clean. The equipment was average, but it was quite warm. The tea bags provided were so delicious that I couldn’t find them anywhere else. It’s a pity where to buy it

I really liked the style of the hotel. It has a private sauna that you can book. The restaurant is very tasty. They provide milk and coffee in the room. It's not close to the center, but it's quick by car. There is no TV in the room. I liked it and would go back.

The room is fully equipped, relatively old but well maintained! It's only a 3-4 minute drive from the city center. The only regret is that we can't see the lake.

The restaurant is good, and the pizza is delicious. It's the old-fashioned Italian oven-baked pizza, a little burnt on the edges, but very fragrant. However, as a hotel, I will never choose this hotel in the future. The facilities are old, the water pipes are unstable, there is no dishwasher or oven, not even a microwave, only an induction cooker and a toaster. The coin-operated washing machine costs 20 dollars a time, and there are only two washing machines in the entire hotel. The curtains are made of thick wool and haven't been washed for who knows how long, so they have good light-blocking properties. There was no waiter in sight, and there was no phone in the room. If I had any questions, I had to go to the front desk. Even if I could use the navigation system to get the bus route, I still got errors, and no one gave any feedback. There was obviously a stop very close to me, but I was surprised that the last stop prompted me to get off. It is a certain distance from the town and takes 6 stops by bus, but the bus time is not completely accurate. So if you go quickly, you can get to the town in half an hour, but it may take an hour to wait for the bus.

Very satisfied but the price is not cheap

The room is quite unique, but it is more like a homestay. It is not very convenient to travel if you are not driving.
