Nice place but too crowded... view is beautiful, many pools, good restaurants but need to rebuild. Would be nice to have exclusive access to beach

They spoil you here! They have a WhatsApp set up for their guest services and it made it all the more spoiled. I was at the spa and I needed ice for my drink that I brought there and all I did was message and they brought it right to me. The food was great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was free shuttle service to Agua Azules and the town, which was perfect because we booked parasailing with Agua Azules and they dropped us off right at there steps. The room was clean. The property was beautiful. We got to see sloths, iguanas, and monkeys! The monkeys were right outside our hotel building (we booked a vista suite) when checking out.

Our third stay at Parador - the natural beauty of its flora & fauna, friendly staff, delicious food, exceptional service, the most relaxing spa, several pools for cooling off....and more. Parador is truly a paradise. It will surely bring us back again and again.

Beautiful property with luxury feel. Very attentive and willing to please. Swim up bars were the only place where service could have been faster and more efficient.

Gorgeous property. Comfortable suite. Lovely and helpful staff. Totally ensconced in flora and fauna. The shuttle to town was helpful when walking was not ideal. Special thanks to Fernanda and Stuart for their help with changing a reservation. They went above and beyond.

A 5 * hotel located close to Manual Antonio national park. It has open water views, a number of pools, and most special of all it's own forest trail. We saw more animals on that trail and around the hotel, then on a guided trip through the national park. It has several options for dining and nice breakfast buffet.

I liked how it was a big place, but was also private in its own way. There were multiple pools, and it felt like we were in our own little neck of the woods. The staff was amazing!! Everyone was so friendly, and the food was outstanding. Loved everything about it.
