Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Enjoyed our stay, especially the free upgrade to a Deluxe Room—spacious but with some wasted space. The TV was too small for the viewing distance, though we barely used it. Covered mall access (2nd floor) is convenient, but parking is shared with the mall and requires validating a coupon—a bit of a hassle. Overall, a good stay.
