Novotel Manila Araneta City Hotel Reviews

I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, but there were only a limited number of staff available for check-in, resulting in a very long wait. I'm not sure if it was due to the continuous rainy weather during my stay, but the carpet in the room had a strong musty odor, which made the room feel unpleasant. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was very weak, making it difficult to feel properly clean after showering. I hope the hotel can address these issues to improve the guest experience.

This was booked by my friend as a birthday gift and I would say that this is one of the best and memorable staycation I had. Check in process is smooth and fast, staff are friendly and nice. The room is well prepare and clean with complete basic needs. I love that they fulfill my special request with a good view and a complimentary birthday cake. The breakfast buffet is also nice. Highly recommended in Araneta Center, and will surely comeback again!

Able to rest well for a day, the room is clean and spacious. The only downside is the soundproofing of the room. You can hear people upstairs, you can hear people in the lobby. But nonetheless still was able to enjoy my stay, great breakfast, great Nespresso coffee.

We enjoyed its convenient location being nestled at the heart of Araneta Center. It has nice pools though we were unable to swim coz of the rains. The hotel staff are helpful and accomodating.

The place is at the prime location, accessible to all the public transportation. Near the mall area,lots of food stall

The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The pool is well maintained with an adequate gym beside it. Location was great near the mall and many restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Nice location but it's very crowded during my check in. There was a queue to the lift and the events on level 2 was also contributing to the crowd. Overall good location as it's beside the mall. Comfortable stay

This is my first time in the Phillipines and I am truly impress with the value, location of this hotel, the quality of the rooms and services. The breakfast buffet they offer is truly impressive too. I am totally blown away with the variety. I love that they have a section that serves local food. This will be my go to hotel in my next visit.

Very decent hotel. Well-located in the city center. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Full breakfast. The hotel is also not far from the shopping mall.

Nice service! It was a beautiful and wonderful experience with a cozy environment, fresh air, and a great view. The location is convenient, making it easy to go from place to place. The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The place is clean and hygienic. We had a fun and exciting time at the swimming pool, where we enjoyed taking pictures because of the beautiful natural scenery. We also enjoyed swimming, even though some of us don’t know how to swim.

Good service, comfy bed, it would be better without the glass wall between the room and the toilet (a regular wall would be preferred)
