The unit was clean, but a bit under-equipped. Also, I'm not sure why, but the bedsheets had a strange, unpleasant smell.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel—the staff were very accommodating and made our experience smooth and comfortable. One thing to note is that guests don’t have access to the hotel gym, but the pool is available. However, reservations are required in advance before using it. Overall, we’d rate our stay a 4.3/5. It offers great value for its price and is definitely worth considering. 😊

Need ko pa umakyat sa 10th floor para sa susi. And yung room parang di nilinis amoy sigarilyo and yung cr and bed may mga maliliit na ipis 🤦🏻♀️ gusto namin mag relax pero ganito.

The Location is good. Staff are approachable. We have some suggestions about the curtain it must have black outs dahil pag morning hindi maka sleep ng maayos dahil sa sunlight.

Ugh, what a big disappointment! The place is filthy and needs a serious deep clean. Dust and hair everywhere, and the walls are covered in mold! The location is good if you need to be in Edsa, but it's definitely not a great place to stay. The pictures are totally misleading – I wouldn't recommend it at all!

Poor cleanliness and service. The toilet and bed sheets were not clean. We also had to 'beg' for towels—it took multiple follow-up calls before they finally delivered them. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value hygiene or basic efficiency.

This was the second time we booked in Sentinel Residence. We really loved our stay. We love how we can cook. There are also utensils we can use and a mini refrigerator. We really loved the interior of the unit we were in. Only the sink in the bathroom was licking, but other than that, we’d like to stay here for a longer time soon.

Good place and location. You can enjoy the view and vast area room with accessible route to any point in manila to good places

I had a good stay at Residence Hotel in Cubao. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transport, malls, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. While the facilities are a bit basic, it’s still great value for the price. Overall, it’s a solid and affordable place to stay in Cubao.

the building, itself, is good. and is in a very good location. it has 3 working elevators. the staff at the reception desk was nice but this was only for entering the building. to check in the property, you need to go to the 10th floor to get the key. there is a pool (as advertised) but it was small. the room/property itself was just not well maintained. i booked it because it had a kitchen (for my parents with dietary restrictions) but it was far from functional. the stove doesn't work properly anymore and there were barely enough kitchen/cooking utensils. the inside of the refrigerator was dirty so my mother did the cleaning herself. thankfully, we were able to use the electric water heater so we could make coffee the following morning. i should have checked the check out time as well. take note that this one is only until 10:30 am (but the guy who checked me in told me it was 10:00) which made me confused. good thing i only booked for a single night and had booked another property that was way better for almost the same price (only a bit higher)

Location 10/10 My room was clean and the view at night was amazing

You walk in and immediately see cockroaches, and it's not clean either. I can't recommend it.
