Just a regular hotel with no amenities. Breakfast is just so so.

Sobrang ganda ng place. It feels like home.

staff are very friendly and helpful. the location is near malls and stores and near mrt station. you can get a ride easily.

Eurotel employees are so nice i just dont like the Aircon sound bcoz it is too loud it came to the point that it wakes me up.

Our stay were fine. We slept fine. Theres no elevator going to parking area you need to use stairs. Overall fine.

I love how big the family room was. The airconditioning is really cool and there’s even a bath tub! Plus it is walking distance from Araneta Coliseum. It was a nice stay with my family. The breakfast is also good. Looking forward ro the next concert so I can book here again

The hotel is not very accommodating to requests. I called them regarding my mistake in booking because i mistakenly chose the wrong date. I asked them if it's possible to not even cancel but just rebook on a separate date, and they said it's not possible since i booked through a third party.. trip cx did their job in negotiating, but the hotel won't allow the cancellation. This is not my first time booking in this hotel - but i just reviewed now because of their lack of consideration. Amenities is not even great since ths aircons are old and takes about an hour to cool the room.

All is good..just need to improve security..no one can get in on the room unless the person in charge allowed it to come in..need to know the name and details of the person before it allows them to come in
