A grand hotel. Though old, it is well maintained and reasonably priced. Breakfast spread is great.

I had time to use the gym and the jacuzzi and it was amazing, it seems the hotel was new. The jacuzzi had a little bit of mold, the details in the construction seemed as the workers weren’t so careful. But overall was a good stay! I had an amazing view.

The hotel is clean and cozy. Toiletry product is of good quality.

the employees are very professional despite that only one speaks English. The breakfast is very good so get your room to included. The only negative were the gym hours and the pool hours. I guess they believe many people are late starters.

Beautiful hotel, the architecture and design details are stunning. But the best part is the hotel staff, they are all very professional but personable. Everyone we met, the receptionist, restaurant waitress, exercise room, and housekeeping staff were smiling and friendly. We got the package and tried on the Han style clothes and staff offered to help take photos around the hotel. I would definitely come back the next time I am in Qufu. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

It was our second stay at this hotel. Because of the CNY the hotel was fully booked, but in spite of that the staff always had time for us, answering questions and fulfilling our wishes. For instance, they found another room for us where the noise from the amusement park was not heard, they tried to find a nice table in the restaurant, call the cab and finally generously agreed to extend the checkout time till 6pm. We felt us very comfortable having all this friendly and helpful support. The buffet diner in the evening is amazing, the managers do their best introducing Chinese dishes for us. The variety of the offers in the lobby bar could be better and the whole atmosphere there more cosy. We could use sauna, we accustomed to European standards were missing a really quiet and cosy room, also the size of the sauna is small. Overall we would always recommend this hotel and definitely stay there when visiting again the hometown of Confucius

Shangri-La has guaranteed quality, strong sense of design, and good location, close to the Confucius Temple! The Sankong Scenic Area is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is also good, with both Chinese and Western styles. There are also many local specialty restaurants. There is also a children's playground. If you bring children, you can safely leave your baby in the playground and eat at ease! For dinner, we ate twice at the Shang Palace. The taste is online and worth recommending. I would also like to recommend the Liuyixuan Hanfu Hall of the hotel, which is also very distinctive. Finally, I would like to thank Wendy at the front desk. She is super enthusiastic when checking in and out. She will greet us enthusiastically when she sees us. She will take the initiative to hand us water when she sees us going out to play. She is a beautiful and kind-hearted lady. Shangri-La is added with color because of you.
