The whole complex itself is great, but what you book through Trip is through private landlords, and we had two rooms from a private landlord who had rooms 2209 and 1114, and he was an absolute disaster. For an apartment with two beds, so for two people, there were only two towels, and one of them was unusable because it smelled like it had been there for two months. Then, according to our inquiry, the apartment was supposed to be cleaned and the towels changed every two days. But after five days, we found him in a café and spoke to him, and he just brushed us off. It wasn't until the sixth day that the apartment was finally cleaned. One towel was changed, but the other one, which stank and which I used as a foot towel in front of the bathtub, was simply turned over and put back down to make it look clean. So, in a ten-day stay, we only had the apartment cleaned once and only one towel changed. The worst part came at checkout. He sent a friend or someone to look at the room. He then comes in, runs straight to the towel, grabs it from the bathroom floor, and shows me it's dirty and therefore ruined, demanding I pay for it. After a 15-minute argument, I gave him 50k dong because I didn't have any more time and left.

Very nice apartment on the 22nd floor with a fantastic view. Clean, well-equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and two beds – everything as described. Highly recommended!
