accoglienza ostile, ci sono voluti 1 ora e mezza prima di prendere i nostri drink dopo 8 ore di auto. i letti non sono comodi, c'era ancora un fazzoletto sporco nel letto a castello. il resto della serata siamo stati ignorati dalla gente del posto seduta nel bar. non ci è stato nemmeno offerto un menu. la mattina eravamo rinchiusi nell'edificio. la porta d'ingresso non era aperta alle 7:30 anche se diceva che potevi partire alle 7 del mattino. quindi eravamo in un edificio chiuso a chiave con un certo numero di famiglie. Non riesco a immaginare cosa potrebbe succedere se scoppiasse un incendio... la colazione era molto scarsa e il servizio avrebbe potuto essere molto più agevole. esattamente come se fossero riluttanti a farlo... non ci siamo davvero sentiti i benvenuti e non ci vedranno mai più qui. la posizione del tunnel del Gottard è comunque molto comoda. stranieri e turisti guardano davvero fuori da qui. Purtroppo!
