The staff were very good at reception. One order from the kitchen was omitted but it was a new guy. The reception quickly fixed it up and gave complimentary food so it was very nice of them. Fast to respond.
Rooms are gorgeous and quite cheap so I’d recommend it to anyone

Zirve hotel (rated 3 stars) should be rated 4.5 stars based on our experiences and our recent stay. We had a superb stay during our recent trip top Shahdag for one night and we surely felt we should have stayed one more night to explore the beautiful Shahdag. The hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are spacious, modern and with full amenities. No complaints. Thanks to the front desk staff who helped us in all possible ways positively. We did not select breakfast so no words for that. The tourist information center is located right outside the hotel from where all the activities begin. Also, behind the hotel is a promenade where there are multiple options for food available. Highly recommended.

We went for the winter activities. There was a variety of activities to be done, a store to rent for skiing and to buy any necessities. Prices were reasonable and affordable. Multiple snack stands/bars. There is also professional photographers. A must to visit when in Shahdag.

We 34 friends came here for a day trip from Baku. The place was amazing in spite of being in summer season. The cable car ride was marvelous. The view from top was memorizing. One could sit there for hours and enjoy mother nature. Some of us also tried coaster ride which was thrilling. There are few food stalls and a big restaurant which served nice pizza and regular food. The outdoor bars added to its charm. Beside there were other rides also but we could not enjoy them due to shortage of time. May be next time. A beautiful place not o be missed...

Zirve Hotel Shahdag offers an exceptional experience with its stunning mountain views, thrilling outdoor activities, and excellent service. We stayed for a night so we could experience some of the amazing activities they offered. The staff were welcoming, especially Ms AAYGUN and Mr. AMIK at the front desk. We had a great time and the spa was a great addition. Perfectly located for outdoor activities, Wherever u stay in Shahdag u have to come to ZIRVE HOTEL for all the activities as the main ticket booking centre is just under ZIRVE .As we are vegetarian JAIN the restaurant had something to offer us for the breakfast and lunch ,this hotel is a fantastic choice for an adventurous yet relaxing getaway.

The best place to stay if u plan to visit Shahdag. The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable and it was a pleasant surprise to have bathrooms floors heated. All of their staff were friendly including those at the activities areas. Alot of outdoor activities to make yourself busy and since it’s winter we watched skiers coming down the spectacular snow clad mountains. Worth the time and money to visit and stay at this hotel.
