Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience."

"The attitude of the front desk service was so bad. It was as if I owed her a lot of money. I arrived with my child at 11 o'clock and they arranged the most suitable room for me. I asked them to change to another room and said there were no rooms. It was full. I just want to know how hot your hotel is. The hotel was not fully booked on Saturdays and Sundays. Then they asked me to change to the third floor. I even specifically asked if it was in the middle. She said there was no elevator. I carried the child to the third floor and took my things and found out that it was. After entering the room at the stairway, I found that the TV was also broken and had colored shadows in the middle. It was a really bad stay."
