We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!"

"I didn’t book the Rixi Shanzhong, so I chose the Yueluo Fanxing which was not far away. It turned out that they had the same owner! The housekeeper Afu was super nice. We didn't drive, and the restaurant of the B&B hadn't opened yet (it opened during the summer vacation!), so the housekeeper took us to nearby restaurants and took the kids to Yaowang Mountain to play! He also took us to Rixi Mountain and treated us to coffee. On the last day, because we had to get up early to catch the high-speed train, he prepared breakfast for us (the rice dumplings even came with disposable gloves! Details!), and sent us to Quzhou Station early in the morning (a one-hour journey). Thank you very much. I booked a room deep in the woods, which was clean and tidy, very large, and two bedrooms suitable for family travel. There are also fruits and snacks in the room (walnuts are delicious 😋). The mountains are full of green. You can see the mountains when you open the curtains. There is a large public area with moonlight and stars. Children watch TV and play here. The books on the bookshelf are very tastefully selected (not the kind of "cultural books" that most B&Bs like to put). There are only two of us these two days, and we have booked the whole place! There is a small stream at the entrance of the B&B where you can play in the water, and there are camping benches next to it for rest (I strongly recommend that the boss park a ☕️ car here!)"

"I booked a tea garden room specifically because the garden is right outside, perfect for taking photos if the weather is cool. The booking also includes bicycles and town entrance tickets, but it was too hot to use them. The hotel service is excellent; there's no need to worry about getting a taxi. They offer a shuttle service to the station; just make sure to book a day in advance. Last night, I encountered a large mosquito net, and even though it was late, the front desk lady came to bring me mosquito coils. The duty manager was also amazing. A must-try for anyone visiting Longyou."

I explained that if the light was on, the transparent glass wall would illuminate the room, affecting my sleep. She was very rude and repeatedly said, "What's wrong with turning on the light?" I told her that a front desk staff member like her would tarnish the hotel's reputation!"

"Here are a few serious comments: 1. The air conditioner in the family room is directly facing the children's bed. I hope this can be improved. A tent could be made to fully cover the room; it's not good for the air to blow directly onto the children's bed. 2. There's a painting next to the children's bed with four right angles, very close to the bed, making it easy for children to bump their heads. My child bumped their head once and got a red, swollen bump. 3. The toilet is extremely loud. If a family member can't go to the bathroom at night, it's incredibly noisy and will wake the children. 4. The children's bed is separated from the adults' bed, which is inconvenient for very young children. 5. The air conditioner display screen could be covered. It's directly facing the children's bed all night, making it very bright throughout the night. There was another issue, but the staff has already resolved it, so I won't mention it. The staff's attitude was quite good. Thank you."

"The guesthouse is located within the ancient city scenic area, not far from the Confucius Temple. After parking, you can easily walk out to explore. It's a 2-minute walk to the riverbank, perfect for a relaxing stroll before bed. We arrived an hour early, around noon, and our room wasn't ready yet. The front desk kindly upgraded us to a double room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The guesthouse's courtyard was also charmingly quaint and beautiful. Because it's an old wooden building, there was a slight smell of stale wood and sewage odor, but turning on the air purifier provided by the guesthouse eliminated this problem. Environment: Parking was fairly convenient. Service: The service was a complete mess. I was assigned a room on the second floor upon check-in. Around 1:30 AM, I was getting ready to sleep. There was a constant noise from the air conditioner or something similar. At 1:40 AM, the front desk came to check the room and offered to change rooms, even asking me to pack my luggage. Packing in the middle of the night, I was exhausted and tired. At 1:50 AM, the new room key for the new room was still not delivered to my original room. I called the front desk several times, and they kept saying the robot had delivered it. Around 2 AM, I couldn't take it anymore and went down to the lobby myself. It turned out the front desk had been lying and hadn't arranged for the robot to deliver the room key. I was fed up and called the consumer complaint hotline to check out and change hotels. The consumer association contacted the manager, who refused to refund the money or take responsibility. I demanded legal action. Such an arrogant manager, such terrible service!"
