Not a great experience my first time of the Four Seasons brand. All the staff were lovely however the food was the real letdown here. Expensive poor and badly seasoned. The thing to warn guest about if that the area around the hotel is being demolished so there is very little to do in the immediate vicinity. It’s a shame as I would not return

We booked a Premier Sea View room, but even though I clearly asked for a nice sea view, we ended up with a room that had only about one-third sea view, and the rest was facing the road and an empty lot. They couldn’t offer us a better room. If I had known, I would have booked a cheaper category. On top of that, the bathtub shower head wasn’t working. We also had to sleep with a light on because one of the closet lights kept flickering on and off, so we left the closet open. The duvet cover was put on the wrong way too — the open side that should be at our feet was up by our faces. The front desk team didn’t do anything to make up for all these issues.

Stayed there during the soft opening, some outlets were not up yet, located right overlooking the ocean, with beautiful traditional morrocan architecture with a modern touch. Rooms are big super clean with an up to date control technology of everything on the room, the lobby is bright and was a good place to work, serving refreshing Moroccan tea with mint, the main Resturant food was really good, tried a couple of morrocan eggs for breakfast, some French food for dinner, both were amazing. Staff are friendly, speaking several languages.
