We booked three triple rooms with breakfast included, but the hotel gave us very old rooms with only two single beds and no breakfast. This was dishonest. We had to argue to get a better room, and finally they allowed us to choose our rooms. However, they never mentioned the included breakfast, and we also forgot to insist on it.
The facilities are very poor and outdated. The rooms are in bad condition: the beds, toilets, and bathrooms are poorly maintained and very old. Water from the air conditioning dripped in the corridor, and the next day the floor was flooded.
The hotel elevator is very old and shakes terribly every time it stops, which feels unsafe.
We hope Trip.com will investigate this matter and remove this hotel from your listings.
