There are not enough nice things to say about staying at Borgo Vescine. The staff was fabulous, the food was delicious, the wine was scrumptious, and the grounds are just so pretty. We spent 5 days there in June of '24 and hated leaving. Ample parking for a car - you'll want one to explore all the neighboring towns.

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, then this is the place. Quiet setting in the hills overlooking olive grove and wine vineyards. Fantastic food and a fantastic staff. Also the Chianti Classico, wow.

Love the property! We stayed here 23 years ago on our honeymoon, and decided to come back to experience the magic all over again. The only issue we had was with the stink bugs that can be an issue in the early fall. Of course there isn’t a whole lot the property can do to eliminate the bugs, but it was less than optimal to not be able to open the windows, and to step on bugs in the middle of the night on the way to and from the bathroom. Borgo Vescine is a beautiful spot and one of a kind. The rooms are a little rustic and spartan, but in the Tuscan countryside it is to be expected. If we come back, it will be in the late summer to avoid the bugs and to enjoy the warmer weather.

Quintessential Tuscan boutique hotel with amazing views! Only 28 rooms in a beautifully renovated resort. The staff were amazing and the service - over the top! Then of course - the wine and food! We did a cooking class that was really fun. Can hardly wait to go back!

A charming village restored with taste and respect into a small family hotel with 28 rooms. Perfect satellite base for your visits to Florence, Siena or San Geminiano and return in the late afternoon to the poolside to enjoy the view of the Chianti. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Borgo incantevole e ben curato, personale gentile e preparato. Stanza accogliente e pulita. Ottimi i ristoranti e la colazione, menzione particolare per il bistrot, cibo di ottima qualità’ preparato in modo raffinato! Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione dell’eroica ma ci torneremo senz’altro soggiornando più giorni.

Beaucoup de charme pour cet hôtel installé avec goût et dans un ancien petit bourg au cœur du chianti. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très calmes et joliment décorées, disposant pour certaines de terrasse privée. Le personnel charmant est aux petits soins, le buffet du petit déjeuner est riche, gourmand et varié. Le restaurant propose une table fine et excellente ( mention particulière pour la soirée dans l’oliveraie). L’endroit est proche des principaux sites à découvrir en Toscane. Une belle piscine permet de se rafraîchir après les visites. Bref, tout était parfait et nous aurons plaisir à revenir.
