I rarely give negative reviews but the service at Raffles Sentosa was shocking. Extremely rude hotel lobby doorman, getting honked by a hotel staff driving a buggy when we were walking on the buggy/walking path within the hotel premises, the hotel refusing to bring more champagne and wine glasses for our visitors within visiting hours (because we are only entitled to 2 per registered guest), numerous buggy drivers driving right by us as we navigated the hotel promise on foot as the signs are extremely misleading. 

The villa itself is nice and new although the design can be a little inconvenient due to the distance from the sink (in a separate living quarter) to the living room. The pool is poorly designed so the water comes out more than a metre from the edge of the pool so keep your shoes far away. 

My groups of friends and I are in our 20s, going on 30 and we were there to celebrate one of us getting engaged. Overall the sense we got is that their treatment of hotel guests is unequal and unfortunately seems to be the kind of venue which sizes up its guest. Absolutely not worth the price and leagues below neighbouring options like Capella. We’ll definitely be headed back to Capella for the next engagement party that’s for sure.

We were there for a night to attend the Lady Gaga concert. After we checked out, we weren't even allowed to stay at the cafe for a cup of coffee as the cafe staff said we were no longer staying guests.

All Amenities are very good .

I had a bad experience wid Front Office .I believe he was a local Guy on shift 21 Mar Evening 9 clock approx .Can behave like this with Guest .

Rest the housekeeping Team specially  Bhunesh  and krushna they were too good and really took care of us .

In Breakfast the team is amazing the quality served was great ..Good to see the team work and special mention to the waffle counter chef on 22  march

Raffles Hotel unequivocally deserves a perfect five-star review! My stay completely exceeded all my expectations, from the thoughtful pre-arrival communication to the meticulous service at check-out; every single detail made us feel truly valued and pampered.

The hotel reception is located on the 34th floor. Its design perfectly blends Eastern aesthetics with modern luxury, creating a grand and elegant lobby. I particularly loved the romantic deep purple color palette, beautifully complemented by the artistic floral arrangements throughout. Our room's floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Shenzhen Bay and Talent Park, while the bar and lounge on the 71st floor provided panoramic vistas of the entire city. Yesterday, we were lucky enough to catch a spectacular sunset and evening glow from the 71st floor. Standing by the window, gazing at the expansive sky, it felt as if I was completely absorbing the energy of the universe – truly a magical and wonderful feeling.

Of course, the bedding was luxuriously soft and comfortable, and the smart control system allowed for effortless adjustment of the lighting ambiance. The well-stocked minibar and the thoughtful 'whitespace' in the room design further underscored the hotel's commitment to quality in every detail. And the breakfast spread was exceptionally lavish and varied.

A special thank you to our butlers, Leo, Echo, Qian, Maddy, and Kathryn. They not only helped us secure a room with the most perfect view but also went above and beyond by preparing a celebratory cake and even hand-drawing a card with a message that perfectly captured what I wanted to convey (even though I hadn't explicitly told them the content I wished to write). In short, everything was absolutely perfect.
