Mediterraneo Palace Hotel
"A truly positive experience. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious and modern, and clean. The food was decent, and the service was impeccable. The hotel's central location was excellent, and it also offers both indoor and outdoor parking."

The entire staff did everything to make us feel very comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was very delicious and Stephanie was very accommodating and got us anything that we needed. We highly recommend this special boutique hotel!"

"Good view, good breakfast, good service, room is big , good sound cancellation. Well managed countryside hotel . Recommended"
Villa Del Lauro
"Attention : the receptionist is a big liar ! The guy working at the reception is a disaster. He is dishonest and tried to charge twice the normal price for taxi that we ordered which was already over priced (130€ for 30 minutes ride vs. 60€ normal price) against huge commission from taxi company. Furthermore, they tried to charge the minibar which was free. The receptionist showed unwillingness when we left the luggage at the reception upon check out, even though it was to store for just a few hours, time to visit the old town. He put lots of pressure for check out time even it was about 11:10 and wanted to ask us to pay extra. There was no wifi nor air conditioning in the room which was literally a small cave. No fresh air in the room and impossible to get hot water for baby in the room. In addition, they forgot to put baby cot and charged additional fee for it (first time in Sicily during our 2-week trip). The only positive thing is that the servers for breakfast were very nice and helpful and there is a nice pool. It’s a pity that it’s ruined by the receptionists who were unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. The hotel’s management should alert the receptionists and give them a proper training."
Poggio Del Sole Hotel
"The minute I went into my room you could smell the mould. The bathroom needs either a deep clean or a total Reno, Carpets in the hallways were faded and buckled - major trip hazard. Although the reception area looked nice that didn’t flow through to the rooms. Service in the restaurant was abysmal - 2 hrs to put together a plate of cold meat & cheese, did not appear to have enough staff in the kitchen. All I could see was one poor man who was ran ragged. Unless they did a major revamp I would not stay here again"
Acacia Marina
"All good. Nice place, great location, excellent position. I recommend it."
Relais Antica Badia - San Maurizio 1619
"Great location and unique rooms. Wonderful breakfast selection"
Relais Chiaramonte
"We stayed at the SPA Suite, the whole stay was great, with a very attentive and nice team. The restaurant is amazing, but the best thing of our experience was Gonzalo, the maitre, which made our stay truly unique. Thank you and greetings from London."
Palazzo Antoci
"We had a magical experience with the most gracious hosts ever!! We enjoyed every minute with Raffaella and Giovanni! They are truly special people with the most generous hearts of gold! The room we stayed was spectacular and the bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get up in the morning! The breakfast was over the top delicious! They go above and beyond to please their guests. We are so impressed with them and we’ll keep in touch. They open their home and hearts to their guests so that you leave their palazzo with lifelong memories of a magical time spent in lovely Ragusa! Thank you for being so special! We highly recommend this lovely Palazzo degli Antoci."
Beda Ragusa
"Clean, simple and very nice accommodation, equipped with every comfort, 5 minutes walk from Via Roma. We found the information that the host sent us via the app he created specifically for it to be very useful. Self check-in was very convenient given that we arrived in the evening. Recommended!"
Only for Two Giumbabulla Home and Spa
"Initially a little skeptical due to some misunderstanding with the management, I immediately changed my mind after the first presentation, very friendly staff with a great sense of hospitality. Very characteristic place, it feels like returning to the Sicily of the early 1900s, everything well looked after. I didn't expect the structure to unfold in this small alley (very very beautiful), for the occasion (since I also had the massage) I changed 2 rooms, with different themes and really well looked after. On the first day they brought us an excellent aperitif plus a bottle of prosecco, the next morning a plentiful breakfast in the room, always very kind and particularly precise with the times. Highly recommended, above all excellent value for money."
Hotel Vittorio Veneto
"The photos don't match the reality, or rather, they're not recent. The property needs renovation; having booked a Junior Suite, I would have expected more attention to detail. The shower head was broken, later replaced with a worse one; the drain didn't work properly, mold in the shower stall, and the bathroom light flickered. On the terrace, vases with dried flowers were used as ashtrays. The breakfast room only has four tables and eight chairs, despite there being ten rooms. The buffet table was empty of savory items and very often lacked glasses, napkins, and plates. The only positive aspect is the hotel's central location, close to a multi-story parking lot."
Residence Dei Viali
"Very clean, good location, nice breakfast, friendly service"
