Itria Palace ★★★★
"Great place to stay if you are travelling through Sicily. Walk to the Cathedral see the piazza and grab a meal. It’s a good walk up the hill but we managed it very well. You can park in the e council car park 20m away."
La Corte di Ibla ★★★
"The property is located right in the historic center. It's not accessible by car, but a 10-minute walk. The Duomo is a 5-minute walk from the property. The property is clean. There are breakfast bars nearby."
San Giorgio Palace Hotel Ragusa Ibla ★★★★
"The hotel has an elevator that goes directly to town. A short walk up the steps and around the corner leads to the St. George's Basilica in Ragusa Ibra. For €5, you can take a mini-train to tour the town's other churches. The hotel itself isn't large; carrying large suitcases can be tiring, as you have to climb a 20-meter ramp and walk along a long corridor. The facilities are basic. If you're only staying one night, you can't expect too much. The hotel terrace offers a view of a corner of the town."
Mediterraneo Palace Hotel ★★★★
"The Palace was a beautiful resort. The staff was impeccably trained, spoke English and were cordial throughout our stay. The grounds were stunning and the restaurant food delicious. Our stay was perfect."
Ibla Rooms ★★★
"A great location and excellent value for money. Hearty and local breakfast. Staff available and very pleasant. Free parking in the surrounding area and upon arrival in the city. The centers of interest are all within walking distance."
B&B Belvedere All'Idria ★★★
"WOW!! try to have room 2 (or the room next to it) as they provide the best view of the Old Town.. Simone and his wife were the perfect hosts: they came and answered all our questions. it was an easy walk (with 100 steps.. but easy ones) to get to the Old Town, through little narrow alleys (very safe); we even had the breakfast served on the balcony!"
La Casa del Gelsomino ★★★★
"Its a gem found. Its not just a bed and breakfast it gives you the home feeling in italy. One of my favourite place. Surely will comeback. Breakfast was really amazing. I love everything about it. It is a hidden gem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
Hotel Il Barocco ★★★
"The hotel was very nice and affordable. Also the location was very convenient and the breakfast selection was also great! Only good things to say about this hotel!"
Residence Dei Viali ★★★★
"This property in a residential area of Ragusa is very quiet and clean with large and comfortable rooms organized in mini apartments with independent kitchens. The widespread courtesy of the staff is noteworthy. The weak points are the limited parking at certain times and the poor Sicilian breakfast."

Locanda Don Serafino Historical Boutique Hotel
"All of the staff was heartily friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and, even more importantly, clean and silent. The breakfast was excellent! The hotel rooms are located in different parts of original old buildings which make the hotel exceptionally interesting, yet cosy and comfortable."
Villa Boscarino
"This hotel is a total delight. The original late nineteenth-century building is very beautiful (mostly mock Norman-Arabic) with the most charming gardens, pretty (if small) pool, and elegant modern rooms. The chapel, where you can choose to breakfast is especially lovely. The staff are smiling, helpful, a pleasure. The only drawback is that the hotel is a short walk into old Ragusa, and a fair schlep from Ibla. As a moderately fit man in my early sixties, I found this fine, but those who don't like a stroll should perhaps look for somewhere more central. For me this remains perhaps the nicest hotel in which I have ever stayed."
Eremo Della Giubiliana
"An amazing and unique property; our HUGE room was built in 1536, and was fantastic. Beautifully laid out, great food options and with one exception superb, attentive service. We had massages which were very good, and during our stay didn't leave the property. It's a short drive to Ragusa, which we didn't find that compelling. But this was easily one of the most unique and special places we've stayed with in half of decade of luxury travel. The one caveat: We are youngish seniors in great shape, but my wife tripped and fell while descending the marble stairs onto the marble floor, while headed to the downstairs dining room. The floors are marble throughout, and there are no handrails on any of the stairs--so be very careful. Happily my wife was fine, and the hotel very attentive afterward. Overall, a truly unique place, highly recommended."
Casato Licitra
Villa Del Lauro
"Impeccable staff, attentive to the customer and very kind. I didn't like the bathroom in the room, we had a very large room, but the bathroom was really small. The dimensions of the shower were 60x80 and this is not understandable. I didn't appreciate the limited availability of deck chairs in the pool, in fact it happened to sunbathe lying on the lawn and this is not pleasant in a 4 star structure."
Aura Club - Villa Carlotta
"A hospitality, comfortable, careful place in all its spaces. A very beautiful framework and a really favourable position. Very tasty and varied food. Adept and friendly staff, quick and professional. A unforgettable trip! Experience of stay very recommended. Thanks to the cook Gianfranco Cavallo!"
Borgo Monachella
"Strong point: the lady and the breakfast. Secluded and quiet location. Super kind owner. Clean and organized rooms. Structure in a phase of expansion. Interesting structure from my point of view. The price probably needs to be revised for the period, not worth the amount spent in my humble opinion. However, it has potential. In the evening, unfortunately, there was an unexpected event without hot water, but at 10.30pm when we returned to Canera, it didn't seem appropriate to report it."
Palazzo Antoci
"Exceptional Ragusa Experience! This turned out to be one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays during our 2-week trip around Sicily. The property is in a beautifully maintained historical family Palazzo. The lovely historical furniture and artifacts contribute to the unique accommodations. Our room was an upgraded suite which was very comfortable, notable, and spacious. The hosts Rafaella and Giovanni are extremely warm and hospitable. Rafaella bakes many of the delicious Sicilian morning pastries and desserts and we enjoyed learning about Ragusa's history from both of them. The Palazzo has been the site of many notable meetings throughout the history of Ragusa as Rafaella's great grandfather held a high position in Ragusa's early leadership. The Palazzo has been nicely renovated to receive guests while maintaining many of the original features (i.e. original floor tiles lifted for utility work then replaced). The main floor of the palazzo is up a beautiful staircase, but a lift is also available. The location is superb for walking to the main sites of Ragusa and there are many restaurants nearby. HIGHLY recommended for a unique experience in Sicily."
Poggio Del Sole Hotel
" Poggio del Sole Hotel Is a hotel of contradiction with impressive and grossly unimpressive features. The hotel is very large considering its remote, rural location. The foyer area is enormous with a large comfortable lounge area. There are numerous large dining areas and you can also eat by the side of the large pool. The pool also has a bar so you can order drinks and snacks. The decor is tasteful with wooden reproductions of a variety of cactus plants including the prickly pear, a noxious **** in Australia but its fruit is used to flavour spirits in Sicily. All sounds very impressive and favourable so far. So how do most people spend most of their time besides sleeping? Browsing the Internet on their phones and iPads. Whilst “free WiFi” signs are common in hotels, cafes etc., it is now a universal expectation. With this in mind, efficient internet connectivity is both mandatory and essential. During our two day stay, WiFi was generally unavailable. To make matters worse, the restaurant menu was only available electronically and there were no paper back up menus. Selecting a food choice from an invisible menu is a challenge. Understandably the restaurant staff seemed to be in a permanent state of stress. The food was very good but a prayer may be needed to get what you ordered. Oh! yes. The rooms are large and have all the expected facilities except for drink making items. Large bed but with 3-stars for comfort. Large bathroom, hot water but wafer thin towels. So lots of pluses, a few minor negatives and the WiFi issue may not be a regular problem (suspect it is), restaurants have atmosphere and reasonable food so just remember to bring a book to read for when your mobile device is inoperative."
Relais Chiaramonte
"Amazing stay, lovely and quiet hotel. But the best of the best is GONZALO he treats you like family. I really recommend to have dinner in the hotel, the food that Gonzalo offers is another level and with a very fair price. Thanks from London it was lovely "
Acacia Palace
"I don't know on what basis they gave 4 stars, carpet full of stains, broken toilet seat, the double bed is actually two joined beds, the curtains are so thin that they can't darken the room, and all this in a delax double room paid €240 a night... certainly with this price we expected much more"
Giardino Sul Duomo
"The hotel is beautiful, very friendly staff and wonderful services"
La Casa di Matilde
Iblea Paradise
"We stayed one night. Excellent service. Clean and well-maintained. Andrea was available to answer questions and curiosities about the city. Ragusa Ibla is an easy ten-minute walk from the apartment, and on the way back you can take a bus that stops near the apartment."
Relais Antica Badia - San Maurizio 1619
"Great location and unique rooms. Wonderful breakfast selection"
