Hotel boasts a fantastic location, right across from a public transportation station, making it super convenient for getting around. However, the hotel doesn’t offer parking, which can be a bit tricky for those driving, and we ended up paying $14 for overnight parking. The cleanliness was quite good, and the staff was very accommodating, especially when we requested hypoallergenic bedding for a friend with allergies.

Manager, Tamera should be fired! She has a nasty position, wasn't welcoming and very disrespectful. I didn't appreciate her service especially with me working with Hilton for years and being a gold member.

the hotel location is perfect right next to the train station. Easy access to NYC. The room is spacious clean and tidy.
The only thing I hope hotel can improve is to provide proper fine dining.

The only complaint that I have is that the room I stayed in did not have a fridge. Other than that the hotel is beautiful! The rooms are extremely nice! No carpet! Love the bathrooms! Overall, the hotel is a must!

床和枕頭都很軟 對腰不是很友好
淋浴花灑是長在牆上調不了角度的
連個像樣的衣櫥也沒有
最糟糕的是隔音巨差無比
走廊外的聲音 周圍房間用水的聲音
對面車站火車的鳴笛聲 樓下lounge天天party到凌晨的聲音
衞生：
入住當天覺得還行 後來讓打掃了兩次就很敷衍了
有一次淋浴房還有兩個濕的臟腳印！
服務：
前台黑妹非常愛答不理
其他服務員還行吧
訂的帶早餐 但每天吃都讓付錢
每天都要讓服務員找前台確認 非常低效
早餐廳也經常看不見服務生
預約時候備註的需求是一個都沒能滿足
