"As a frequent stayer at this hotel while working in the area,I would highly recommend !!! Mary Anne, Dave, Tracey, Emma to name a few but all staff members are great and can’t do enough to help. The recent upgrade has made a big difference too. All lending itself to a good nights sleep before heading out to work early in the morning."

"Everything was very good. I stayed here for 3 or 4 times. Cleaning and staff and cooperation Everything was very well. But the box they give which filled with milk tea bags and sugar. They should add some green tea bags. And they should put 1 or 2 tissue box in the room. They just have tissues in the washroom. But they should have in the room as well. Otherwise my experience was good. Recommended from my side"

"Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at RBS Hotel, Strood I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Mr Basu while trying to check out of RBS Hotel in Strood. Throughout the checkout process, I found his manner to be rude, abrupt, passive and dismissive. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, I felt that I was being treated disrespectfully and that my concerns were simply being brushed aside. When I challenged him about his conduct and made it clear that I felt his behaviour was inappropriate, the situation escalated further. I was subsequently told that I was banned from staying at the hotel. The way this was handled left me feeling unfairly targeted and, given the circumstances, I felt that the treatment I received was discriminatory. I believe customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, even when there is a disagreement or complaint. I would strongly encourage the management of RBS Hotel to review how this incident was handled and consider whether this is an appropriate way to treat a paying guest who is simply trying to check out and raise a legitimate concern. Very disappointing experience, particularly because the situation could have been resolved calmly and professionally."
