Hotel location is not updated in google map. Parking and services are to good. But very bad smell in wash room. Exacaust fan is not working.

Unexpectedly the worst stay. Room mirrors were dirty, room has hair strains of previous guest. No water bottles were placed in the room. The room has insects. Spit marks were on the wall. Found hair strain in curd bowl. Tea cups were filthy. We booked the room for double occupancy but there was only single occupancy amenities placed. We called them immediately after checking in for cleaning issues but they simply said we don't have another room and they didn't even cleaned the room
the taste of the food was ok.

People of chatisgrah are very nice, i personally got a lot comfort at shivganga hotel with very good staff working there, theycare friendly, overall quite satisfactory. Me in white t shirt rt side
