The hotel is lacking a minimum standard towards hygiene customer delight, prompt response. I checked in @9. 30 pm and there were no towels and toiletries, i travel-led from mumbai post completing my office and was tired and needed a bath, but had to wait for towels for 60 minutes. Room service is un responsive, housekeeping is pathetic, room is not having proper lighting and bathroom smells and drainage is not good

Was nice stay located near the market and all malls showroom clean room was there but lift was to small and operates very slow

Food was ok nothing great. The restaurant is a part of a hotel 🏨. Went with 10 people personally was nit satisofoed with thw quality of food. Would give an average. However service was good and on time. They need to improve if they want to sustain

Food, services and amenities were good. Room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Food is very good. If they provide 24hrs check in, it is very help useful, when coming at late night travelers from outside.
