Good location next to the castle. Big parking place in front of the hotel full of cars. We were lucky to get a vacant lot. I understood there is a separate parking and perhaps a garage for hotel guests but no guidance for them. There is a big adventure spa with the hotel, and lot of children as guests. Standard room with a balcony. Good bed. Modest water pressure in the shower.

The service in this hotel is disappointing, staff seem disinterested in helping. The breakfast is underwhelming and when you want to buy a coffee or bottle of water, you need to go looking for someone to serve you. It's a shame as the hotel facilities are very good, it's just let down by staff who are cold and lack any passion for customer service.

Pleasant stray Toilet started to smell if you didn’t run the water frequently. Otherwise everything was great and I would come again.

One of the nicest spas in Estonia, no matter are you with a date, family or with friends. The spa area is good, it has different pools, saunas and also a large big swimming pool with tracks. And a little cafe/bar. I really like the luxorious beautiful rooms and since the spa is located in the very centre of Rakvere, also some bars-restaurants-shops are nearby. And the restaurant and the grill of the hotel are also very good, with a large menu and nice cozy atmosphere. Only thing is that the spa is probably a bit more expensive than other spas in Estonia.

Great place for short getaway. A lot to do for the kids, spa, playroom. Restaurants and playroom close to each other. Been there many times, and for sure go again. Friendly and helpful stuff. Restaurants food quality great. Perfect breakfast. But avoid schoolbreaks, spa is overcrowded. See you soon 😊

During the last two years it has been a third time when I have visited this place. And I really recommend this place. I love that hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast is fantastic! I love that you may eat also pancakes, real orange juice, raw strawberry jam and salmon. The Spa with its saunas is also variable and very nice and clean! I have been also at some others spas in Estonia and I think it is one of the best.

Zimmer toll designed im neuen Trakt, hier schläft man gerne. Wir waren auch Abends zum Dinner im angeblich Fine Dining Reataurant Parqali Resto & grill, das ist zwar schön dekorierte, leider besetzt mit Inkompetenz in Service, Küche und Management. Beim Weinwechsel wird ins gleiche Glas ausgeschenkt, beim 30 EUR teuren Fisch gibts kein Fischbesteck und dann wird einem auch noch Paprikapaste als Hummus serviert, und trotz Beschwerde der offensichtliche Fehler negiert, bezahlen mussten wir den Nonensense auch noch komplett. Absolut keine Empfehlung, Finger weg von diesen Stümpern! Frühstück ähnlich uninspiriert. Ausser zum Übernachten nicht zu gebrauchen.
