Arrived late (as stated on app) place was locked.
No keycode to enter.
Climber over a fence to get to foyer doors that were also locked.
When finally get in via security, had to wait for receptionist to arrive who then had no booking info for me.
Room was quite bad and more like a motel than a hotel.
Im morning the found booking and apologised.
Never again

Need to improve. The beds aren't comfortable, the food isn't great and the decoration needs to be reviewed. Lack of soundproofing in the rooms. The breakfast is very good and varied.

We booked this hotel to attend the 2024 Olympics at chateau de Versailles. The rooms were a reasonable size and were clean. The bathrooms were spacious and the water hot/cold as needed. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice with lots of variety and evening meal was very reasonably priced. Sunday evening is bbq night with a salad buffet. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Times were flexible and they allowed early check in/late check out without additional fees. Air conditioning wasn’t switched on as standard (to help environment) but we asked due to the heat and it was switched on with no additional payment. Board games are provided in a lounge are and this helped to entertain our son in the evenings. The only difficulty we experienced was getting to the train station that is nearby. My mum is a wheelchair user and we had to do some ‘off-roading’ to get there as it is not paved. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future.

The room does the job. Hot water, bed is comfortable, complimentary coffee. However, while we were out, we were locked out of our room twice and forced to call the security guard of the building two out of the three nights that we were there. Decent hotel. We did not try the breakfast.

Hotel near the Verrière RER N station, direct access to Paris Montparnasse station and visits to monuments or the Palace of Versailles. Competent, attentive staff, varied meals, clean room. Thank you to the team for these 10 days.

En déplacement professionnel, j'ai pu passer 3 agréables semaines dans cet hôtel. Un accueil formidable par les employés mais également par la directrice. Tout le monde étaient au petit soins pour que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Un bon restaurant avec du choix, des chambres propres avec climatisation et un coin ombragé avec bains de soleil. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Hôtel très bien, en tout cas avant., avec plusieurs séjours ... Malheureusement en période de chaleur, sans clim, c'est juste impossible. Pour notre séjour, on n'a pas pu dormir sur place. Perso, je n'y retournerai pas avant d'être certain que tous les travaux sont terminés

Odeur forte de refoulement d'égout dans la chambre. Chauffage a fonctionné mais il m'a fallu 10 mn pour comprendre comment le régler à la bonne Température Literie correct, sans plus Le WIFI n'a pas fonctionné le premier jour !
