The location is really great, between major attractions, New Lake, Magic Forest, Ramsau Church, Wimbacher Alm Mountain, King's Lake, Eagle's Nest are nearby, in fact, the hotel is very beautiful outside

The hotel is located on the relatively quiet mountainside of the Alps, which is very sunny and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. The front desk staff was very kind, happy to answer our questions, and very attentive. We arrived at the hotel late, and the waiter recommended us a restaurant with delicious food 15 minutes away (it closes at 9:30pm). There is a beautiful lake driving up from the hotel with water activities. However, it is more suitable for self-driving tours, as the hotel has free parking spaces. I will go again next time and sincerely recommend.

We paid for a premier suite with a view - a premier suit it is not! Located directly above a noisy bar with extremely dated decor, light bulbs not working lack of power points. Uncomfortable beds dirty mats poor shower with a shower curtain too would you believe. Then we wanted some milk for our tea and even though we had paid for expensive dinner they nickle and dimed us for some milk. Avoided this place

Nice view at the restaurant and front side room liked the hiking trails in the area and friendly man at reception. The rest was terrible! I would have overlooked the mediocre tasteless overpriced dinner and Luke warm sauna (52) until I met Josie the owner who was disrespectful and not kid friendly at least don’t have the staff use the kids chair as a bus table possibly offer it to customers instead of complaining incessantly if a baby dropped some food on the floor. Maybe he just didn’t like the breakfast and isn’t a fan of powered tasting eggs. Obviously passed down owner it’s a shame, could have been a nice place.

Small but sufficiently large rooms with balcony. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and varied. In the evening there was a large salad buffet, soup, three main courses to choose from and a dessert. Everything tasted very good and was nicely presented. Always friendly conditions that fulfilled every wish. Allergies and intolerances were also taken into account. The sauna is small but serves its purpose. Great view of the mountains all around. Ski areas and hiking areas in the vicinity about 5 to 10 km away, easy to reach by car or bus. We would gladly return.

Our accommodation for 4 people consisted of a former private accommodation which was partially renovated into a hotel suite room. The attendance must be quite high, which means that certain little things have worn out very quickly: the slatted base of our bed, the blinds which are quite difficult to handle, a deformed curtain rail and the wooden windows which are quite difficult to open. The plus is the large space and the size of the beds. Each of the guests was entitled to a 90cm wide bed. On the other hand, the bathroom is too small for 4. The table top fridge was very useful for keeping our food cool in our cooler. In short I would give between 7 and 8/10 for the accommodation. The hotel restaurant is very pleasant and the service perfect. The tables enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains and meadows. The breakfast buffet was perfect in both quantity and quality.
