"Rampant cheating while booking. Daylight robbery. Booked two non refundable rooms via make my trip. Paid upfront 10k to mmt. Due medical issues, we were not able to use stairs so we upgraded to deluxe rooms via hotel directly and paid them rs. 3. 5k for the upgrade to the hotel. A medical emergency resulted in having to cancel the booking. We cancel-led the booking almost 15 days before our trip and were met with stuff resistance from mm t for any refund. Moreover when we contacted the hotel to request for the refund of just the upgrade amount of 3500 rupees given to them, they did not give the same to us citing "account issues. Would never recommend this place to anyone due to inflexibility and attitude of the place. It was a booking of just 1 day for 2 rooms and they refused to even give a partial refund, nor have they returned our extra 3. 5k for upgradation sent to them."
