Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova

I was charged for the room on this site that I booked and then once I arrived at the Marriott I was charged again for the room plus $250 for a deposit and was told that I am only getting my deposit back because this site did not charge me. I should the proof the $ was taken out of my account and I was told that there is nothing they can do I will have to see if this site will give me my $ back. Very disappointed considering this was the 3rd time staying at this place and I have not had this problem before. The front desk said that this site never noted I paid.

We’ve stayed here several times over the years, and the recent upgrades to both the rooms and the hotel overall are impressive. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and pleasantly quiet—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it was a rather disappointing experience. The rooms were quite old and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was particularly concerning as it was dirty, which is unacceptable for any hotel. To make matters worse, there was no water available during the night of our stay. It only came back in the morning, which caused a significant inconvenience. Overall, the room and its amenities were far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here until improvements are made.

The room except the tiny small closet and the staffs were good. The $10/ night charge for each car is very disappointing and surprisings. The $50 deposit charge besides the regular charges is discounting most customers.

Best stay. Clean. Smelled great. The staff were all extremely nice. I felt safe as a single mother traveling with my children and staying at this amazing hotel. My children loved it!!

Everything is good for us! We checked in late but we found front desk is helpful and friendly

It was a renovated Marriott so there was a lot of good things about it. What didn’t work was they didn’t respond to my emails twice about our upcoming stay the hot tub had no jets and they didn’t seem to care and the coffee maker wouldn’t work unless she moved it to another outlet And they charge for parking when there was plenty available. There was a few sketchy people around, but I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Nice big room with two table tops in different places to put your things on. A narrow shelving unit for more space to put things. Love the newly remodeled designs. Clean and modernly elegant. Staff was very sweet, especially working on Thanksgiving Day! We stay here every year!
