"The hotel is in a fantastic spot with really good quality furnishings. But our heater didn't work and the water kept running cold in the shower - the hot water service switched off after 2 minutes. And if you blow dry your hair in the room the alarm goes off... but there no outlet to dry in the bathrooms. Also - laundry services are advertised at $4 but we were charged $5."

"The room is not well soundproofed. There is a light rail line downstairs, and the light rail passes by every ten minutes or so, making the environment a bit noisy. The lights and exhaust fans in the bathroom are automatic, turning on automatically when someone enters, but they will still turn off a few minutes later after leaving. As a result, the exhaust fan will make a noise for a few minutes every time you use the bathroom, which greatly affects your rest."
