This hotel is overrated. Most facilities are old. The prices are very high for the only reason of Ramoji Film City location. One morning they served only flakes for breakfast because of many rooms unoccupied.

Excellent hospitality and infrastructure experienced at Sitara Luxury hotel of Ramoji City. Enjoyed our family stay with lots of memories. Everything was seamless, check-in was handled well, room was well maintained, staff including reception, room service, housekeeping, security, bell boys , restaurant staff etc everyone was very courteous and prompt. Highly recommended for memorable experience.

After 8 years gap we travelled to India from usa to show ramoji film city to my kids. The experiences were horrible right from day 1. We payed closed to 30 k for stay in sitara for 2 days. Which is waste for the ambience we got. The initial hotel room they had shown was horrible.. the floor in the room started oozing. They suggested for upgrade for that i payed 700 rs. In that room, the shower was rusted to a level where we cant let kids to take bath with it The exhaust fans filled wilth full of dust Adding to this the shower door plastic beefing fell on us The story never end there, We went to restaurant for dinner.. as a person from telugu speaking state i would expect telugu speaking server. But none of them speaking telugu but hindi.. Next day went for ramoji tour. In the tour they had few events none of the events hd atleast one telugu song. I felt whether i came to telugu state or northindian state. I bet if i had gone to north india i would have not heard any telugu song in any event. Overall .. if u r native of telugu states u dont feel that u r in telugu state when u visit ramoji city.. totally disappointed I felt like i wasted lot of money.. This hotel needs lot of renovation . This id beliw par to 5 star range..

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Stay I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Here are the issues I faced: 1. Air conditioning was not functional, making the room extremely uncomfortable. 2. Bathroom facilities were in poor condition – the tap was broken and the jet spray for the toilet was not working. 3. No flexibility with food – outside food is not allowed, which is highly inconvenient. 4. Transportation issues – Ola and Uber drivers face difficulties entering the premises due to unnecessarily strict rules. For the same destination, Uber charged ₹500, while the hotel’s in-house taxi quoted ₹2000 – clearly exploitative. Overall, it feels like once you enter the hotel, you’re bound by their unreasonable rules and charges. This is not in line with the standard hospitality norms followed by most reputable hotels. I do not recommend staying.

We had and pleasant stay in Hotel Sitara we are from Shriram great conference has been done here staff were incredible with the service all people were very helpful.. Especially front desk staff and restaurant and housekeeping.. Sandhya, stella nandini reddy, kajal, ms leela, Mr shakeel, Mr arun especially Mr deep and vinay they have supported very well.

Sublime of such excellence grandeur or beauty as to inspire great admiration the hotel offered a generous welcome package tikka welcome drinks which was lovely suprise the hotels vibrant atmosphere made it an exciting destination for our trip amazing surprising or beyond expectations the quality of the hotels interior design was astonishing with every detail carefully considered the hotel remarkable staff made us feel special and cared for all times specially .mr.deep Mr vinay. papang stella, bhumi ..nandinireddy kajal wanted to visited ..again here

Our stay at ramoji film City hotel Sitara was absolutely delightful.the excellent staff they have made good service there service made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.it was comfortable and beautiful designed adding a unique touch to our experience.. additionallybthey provided cookies and chocolates which were a nice and tasty touch and staff were very helpful at any time they are ready to take request and helpme.vinay Mr .deep ,papang ,Sandhya Stella we really enjoyed here we planning to visit here again with our family
