Bannaimong Treehouse
"It is a very comfortable place to stay, really suitable for relaxation. You can sleep while listening to the sound of flowing water along with a view of the accommodation that is very comfortable to the eyes. You can forget the chaos of the city. And there are staffs who provide very friendly service. I want to stay here for a long time. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back to stay here again."
The Blue Sky Resort@ Koh Payam ★★★
"The atmosphere is great, and it's not far from the pier. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is that all the staff are lovely."
The Galla Hotel ★★★
"For a budget stay, this place delivers exactly what you'd expect. The room was cheap and fairly clean — nothing fancy, but perfectly fine for a short trip."
Mani Ranong Hotel
"Convenient, safe parking, good service staff, clean and new rooms."
HOP INN Ranong ★★
"Very good, great atmosphere."
Sook Hotel ★★★
"We chose SOOK Hotel for one night in Ranong during our rental car road trip from Bangkok to Phuket, and we were very happy with our choice. The hotel is beautifully designed, making you feel comfortable right from the start. The rooms are very comfortable, with large and very cozy beds. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the rooms are clean with separate wet and dry areas. There's ample parking right in front of the hotel. The location is also very central, with restaurants, cafes, natural hot springs, and attractions all within close proximity. During our stay, the public park, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, in front of the Rattanarangsan Palace (a historical teakwood replica), was beautifully lit up at night. If you're passing through Ranong and looking for good accommodation at a fair price, we can highly recommend SOOK Hotel."
The Farm House Hotel Ranong ★★★
"Conveniently located near tourist attractions, a variety of breakfast options, a spacious room, and a very comfortable sleep."
The Blue Sky Resort@Ranong ★★★★
"We were completely satisfied and have already recommended the hotel to others"
Tanatnan Hotel ★
"The rooms are good if compared to the price, close to places to eat, good location, suitable for relaxing."

Ziggy Stardust
"Wonderful place My husband vacationed here 5 years ago and we chose it again. A lot has changed after Covid, the island itself has frozen a bit, but Ziggi is afloat) A hammock on the veranda is what you need) No TV (for those who care about it), a complete reboot)) Cleaning on request! They give beach towels. Next to a separate bar - sun loungers, not many, but if you want, everyone will get some) Good massage! The cherry on the cake is a van with taps for drinks ☺️ The sunsets are amazing! breakfasts are quite European! Lots of fruit compared to all the hotels in Asia!"
Phayamas Private Beach Resort and Island Brew - Adults Only
"My stay at Phayamas Eco Resort was absolutely magical! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by Katie and Toi, who made me feel at home immediately. The resort itself is a true hidden paradise—surrounded by lush greenery and the sound of the ocean, it’s the perfect place to reconnect with nature and yourself. The bungalows are beautifully designed, offering a mix of comfort and rustic charm, with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The outdoor showers were a delightful touch, adding to the natural vibe of the place. I loved waking up to the peaceful sounds of birds and the gentle sea breeze. I must mention their two adorable dogs, who made my stay even more special with their sweet companionship. If you’re looking for a serene escape where you can relax and recharge, Phayamas is the place to be! Every detail is thought of, and I can’t wait to return."
Nitiporn Resort Kohphayam & Seaagain Bar and Restaurants
"It's a great hotel with delicious food and family rooms. I recommend it! 😊"
Kohchangresortranong
"A property with rooms perched on stilts over the water, and a central restaurant open daily with excellent dishes. Just steps from Long Beach, the main beach. The island's only problem is the presence of minerals that turn the beaches black, resulting in a lack of seabed and colorful fish."
The b Ranong Trend Hotel
"The room was filthy dirty old furniture really unacceptable pillows were heavily stained just a really dreadful place even had an old cd player in the room for us to use lol I forgot my cdeeeessssss"
Baan Yamoo Ranong
"According to the quality and price, it's a pity that there is no elevator. The stairs to the upper floor are circular, making it numb with footsteps."
Rommai Rimnaam Resort
"The rooms were decent sized for couples, there’s outdoor swimming pool which was refreshing and the service was great the owner were very lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended!"
Flower Power Village
"We rented the peace and love villa for the 2 of us. Absolute worth every baht. It has a big sleeping/sitting room, nicely decorated, a nice veranda to sit and look over the fields and see the hornbills flying over, while sipping a cold beer. The villa even has a kitchen/fridge and of course a private hot water bathroom. We used at night the fans with open windows, but aircon is available at extra charge. The owners (both Italian) and their 3 dogs try to do everything for you to make your stay wonderful. They have also cheaper/smaller accommodations available. Excellent Italian (only fresh!) food restaurant. Nice swimmingpool, Beach 100m away. Don’t come here to party, but only to relax and enjoy nature, Italian food and hospitality. Tip: book straight with them and save 10%."
Ranong Garden Hotel
"Although newly renovated, the decor still has an 1980s guesthouse feel. If you just need a place to sleep, it's fine. It's relatively clean and parking is convenient. Also note that the room doesn't have a kettle or towels, only bath towels."
Ranong River View
"Very good service"
Dahla House Ranong
"The hotel consists of individual houses in a cozy area, away from the road, so it is very quiet. The room is clean, there is a table, a refrigerator, and a spacious bathroom. Overall, everything is great."
Baroque Boutique Resort
"This is a quirky hotel, with a British telephone box at the entry, an eclectic collection of nick-backs in the cafe/dining room and a series of brightly painted wooden cabins around an ornamental fountain and garden! What a find! The room was clean, with toiletries etc in the bathroom. There is a mezzanine floor with a futon above the bed but the steps prevent access to one side if the bed as they are fixed. This was easily remedied by moving the bed slightly. However we could not remedy the slats under the bed randomly popping off, which happened several times. The breakfast was huge with eggs, cooked to your preference, sausage, ham, beans, toast & salad as well as cakes, jellies and fruit. The lady who cooked the food queried if we wanted more meat and less salad for our second day and double checked our egg preferences ! The restaurant was not open during the evening (as far as we could tell only 1 other room was occupied when we stayed) so I cannot comment on the evening meal. The stars of this hotel were the staff, who despite having very little English, managed to communicate really well with us using Google translate to ensure we had everything we needed. The owner suggested a hot springs park for us to visit and arranged transport there and back and he also organised a taxi to take us to the pier for the speedboat across to Koh Phayam, altering the booking time when we asked The hotel is not actually in the town of Ranong and so is a little isolated but we found it to be a little haven."
