The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach

This was my second stay at The Ritz-Carlton Al Hamra Beach, and once again, it was amazing! We came as a couple and everything was perfect — from the service, cleanliness, and friendly staff to the beautiful room and spacious private pool. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. It’s definitely one of my favorite summer spots, and I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Best stay… if you need privacy this place is the best choice… I must recommend this place, reception desk is very friendly and the service is the best.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton in April 2025 for my wife’s 40th birthday. From the moment we arrived we were spoilt by the staff, we were met and checked in with the super nice and friendly reception staff and received an early check in as we had arrived early, the staff took our bags and transported these by buggy to the villa. The resort is wonderful, the villas are spacious and private with their own private pools and lounging areas, each villa has direct beach access and the rooms are very spacious. The restaurant (Shore House) which serves breakfast lunch and dinner was great with delicious food and fantastic views of the beach. The staff could not be more attentive and friendly - always asking whether we were ok. There is some construction taking place between reception and the approx villa 12 at the resort, however if you are a good sleeper this will not disturb you, the resort are appreciative of the construction work and impact on guests. Overall, this is a fantastic place to visit and stay for a relaxing holiday, there are plenty of dining options at nearby resorts and buggies are always on hand to take guests between resorts - would totally revisit the resort again.

Extremely Disappointed – Lost Item Completely Ignored by Ritz-Carlton, Alhambra Beach I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, Alhambra Beach, Ras Al Khaimah, in Villa 31 from June 6th to June 8th, 2025, and unfortunately lost my Bose sunglasses in my room. These aren’t just any sunglasses – they’re a discontinued model, very difficult to find, and hold a lot of personal value to me.For the past three weeks, I’ve been trying to follow up with the hotel, but they’ve shown no care or urgency in addressing the situation. Despite several attempts to reach out, I’ve received nothing but silence and empty promises.This complete lack of response and responsibility has left me very disappointed in such a well-known brand. If you lose something important here, don’t expect any help from the hotel. I won’t be returning.
