There's something wrong with the shower. It's hard to take a shower. The door only has a key. It's not very convenient. And the key card not write Wifi password. The drawer is a little dirty，but the location are great.

Poor cleaning, never provide toothbrush and toothpaste , even ask them only provide a towels, they ask us to pay additional money  RM30 for some tax when checkout also never give receipt for additional payment , I have attached photo for name board light faulty

Very decent hotel if you just need to put up a night. Receptionist very friendly & helpful. Great location as it's close by to the mall, hospital, and eateries. Dated furnishing but reasonably clean.
