Family-style hotel with very friendly staff, great facilities and fantastic food. Highly recommended. My experience is from repeated visits during the winter season. Ideal accessibility to cross-country and downhill trails of all difficulties.

I spend very pleasure time during winter holiday in this hotel- quite area , few meter to the cross country track , familiar hotel employes ,very good delicious dinners , free transport to ski areas ............................................

A beautiful property! The lady that checked us in was super nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and while I liked it, my wife found the decor a bit odd with its use of unfinished wood furniture. The breakfast buffet the next morning was excellent (the spread and the service). The hotel location is also great and very scenic!
The only downside, which I think is common to the area, is that there are no fans or ACs. With the rather warm temperature during our visit, we had to open the windows, which let in a hundred bugs into the room! But with the lights off at night, they did not bother us at all. That's the only reason for taking a star off. If they put in a fan for visitors to use, this would definitely be a 5 star place!

Dopo molti anni di vacanze nella stupenda Valle di Anterselva, abbiamo scelto di trascorrere una settimana di agosto in questa rinomata struttura che offre anche la mezza pensione. L'albergo è situato in una località sede di acque termali, ha un grande parcheggio ed un giardino attrezzato con tavoli, sdraio e giochi per bambini. La camera assegnata, molto silenziosa e pulitissima, aveva una doppia visuale, sulla verde vallata con il magnifico sfondo di alte montagne e sul fitto bosco alle spalle dell'albergo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i menù della cena, preceduta da un buffet di verdure varie, con specialità sempre diverse, originali e con materie prime di qualità legate al territorio, create con sapienza e passione dallo chef Nino. Anche la colazione offerta ogni mattina con un ricco buffet sia dolce che salato è stata molto gradita. La struttura si distingue inoltre per una SPA molto frequentata, che consente ai clienti dell'albergo, forniti di morbidi accappatoi ed asciugamani, di usufruire gratuitamenute di sauna, bagno turco, vasca idromassaggio e zone relax con riposanti lettini. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti e speriamo di poter ritornare per vivere nuovamente questa esperienza così poacevole e rilassante.

Abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima ,Hotel super pulito con camere spaziose e comode. Collegato benissimo con i posti piu' belli nei dintorni. La cucina da 5 stelle e essendo vegetariana non ho avuto nessun problema per mangiare ,c'e' sempre un alternativa e se non c'e' basta chiedere e lo chef prepara quello che volete. Io ho lasciato fare a lui ed ho mangiato cose buonissime .Gentilezza e cortesia fanno in questo Hotel la differenza. Se dovessi tornare da quelle parti soggiornero' di nuovo da loro.

Buona struttura, le camere sono un po’ datate ma tenute molto bene e la pulizia è ottima. Ottimo anche il cibo e sopratutto il servizio, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. È stato un soggiorno ripagante. La struttura è in un’ ottima posizione immersa nel verde, circondata da un bellissimo giardino accessibile direttamente dalla spa. Ci ritornerei!!!!
