We absolutely fell in love with this hotel. So much so we have decided that in a few years we would like this to be the venue for renewing our vows! The gardens and views are just idyllic, the peace and calmness is instant from arrival and the staff absolutely charming (especially Rian in the restaurant, he understands excellent customer service!) Very friendly at check in, room gorgeous and such a comfortable bed (makes all the difference) We had dinner and breakfast there and both were excellent, as was the wine - one of the best bottles of red is the one we had there with dinner. We are already planning another visit, would go here every week if we could! Highly recommend, 5 stars 🌟

Lovely atmosphere created by management and staff. Couldn't find anything to complain about. Great attention and service at a wedding. Suggest feather pillow option but I didn't ask, so may be there. Grounds are beautiful, peaceful and relaxing.

Was so disappointed from start to finish ,no heating on second floor and no maintenance man to sort the problem . Requested change of room but they’re weren’t any available .found the house musty and in need of a refurbishment. Tried to contact hotel by letter to complain , phoned also to request to speak to a person in charge to the present we have not had any feed back.Had we had our own transport with us on that evening we would have headed home.

On entering as part of a wedding party we were met by an older gentleman who appeared suspicious of us being there and followed us down tge corridor asking where we were doing. I then asked if we could get a drink and he ignored me and was arrogant and pure rude and not at all suited to his position. Room was appealing at €200 euros. Old mismatched furniture and shoddy all round. Grounds lovely. Service at reception very poor. Staff didn’t seem to have a clue. Breakfast was also dreadful. What more can I say. A disaster

What can i say, from the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at ease. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful and gave us all the info we needed. Our room was lovely, very tastefully decorated with a nice view onto the gardens. Drinks in the little bar area were just lovely with attentive and friendly staff. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious as was the breakfast, The grounds here are spectacular and lovely to wander around.

Lunch for 50 people: Thank you to the team at Tinakilly for making this family occasion relaxed and enjoyable. The food was lovely and the service couldn't have been better. Some guests had additional needs which were accommodated without any problem.

Reviewed 7 January 2023 We are a family of five adults and one young child. We had a fabulous 3 course meal each this evening. Good selection of wines and lovely coffee to finish. We all agreed that the experience from begging to end was lovely. The restaurant was so nicely presented. The staff were professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend anyone going to Tinakilly House for any occasion. Well done all. Date of stay: January 2023
