"It was our 3rd time at this ApartHotel & we would return anytime. This place has everything you need. We have 2 children 7& 9 y.o. & always rented an air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with a huge balcony. It's a 3* hotel with reception, 25m swimming pool, badminton, tennis court, which is good for football too. You can play table tennis, there is a BBQ area & an outdoor gym. Private parking is included in the price. Everything is clean & you get 1 cleaning halfway through your stay. The bar is great & the restaurant as well. Staff are friendly, helpful & nothing is a problem for them. The private beach is awesome only 5min walk away & the beach service is worth all the penny. You are almost 1km away from the crowded touristy beaches! The Bano Aessandra is mainly used by locals & it only gets busy at the weekends, well at least in July 👍 Don't forget to book it together with the accommodation. This was our 3rd summer holiday here and everytime we stayed for 10 days. I can only recommend this ApartHotel, which is 3*, but the services & the cleanliness is definitely 4* You have supermarkets & loads of restaurants within 10min driving. You need a car or a bike as you are not directly situated in the village, but there are frequent buses too. There is so much to see within 1h drive by car that we still have small villages, towns & touristic attractions to see when we return again 😊"

"It is a simple but absolutely functional hotel for those of us who wanted to take the children to Mirabilandia, or perhaps to the Safari Park nearby. The rooms and environment are clean, the breakfast at the bar which is part of the structure is excellent (the croissants are excellent). Courteous helpful staff, as you expect every time you go to Romagna!"

"This hotel is next to the beach with free parking, good breakfast, nice pool. Walls and our room floor needs a little fix but otherwise hotel and room was clean and nice. Make sure your rooms price has air-condition otherwise it costs 5€/day.  A few hotel staff spoke English but we still hot a good service. I would definitely go to this hotel again. 👌"

The week was very pleasant thanks to Martina's animation that with his sympathy, empathy and his always present animation led the day of all of us (big and small). We loved the fully equipped kitchen and the sleek, modern bathroom. The property is great too, with tons of space and a nice swimming pool.Huge thanks to the super friendly host and staff. The service was awesome, and they were always happy to help us out.Highly recommended!"

"Terrible experience. No elevator and all rooms are either up 1 or 2 flights of stairs. When we got to the room it was hotter than the sun in the room. Tried to turn up the air conditioner but it wasn’t working. Went to front desk and she tried to fix it but no help. All we got was a fan. Bathroom is extremely small. Don’t even have room to lather up in the shower."

Great welcome at arrival, a structure that seems recently renovated, a very comfortable, and especially silent room, wanting to do a shower in the afternoon day of departure they had no problem leaving it until evening and without wanting No compensation, I will certainly advise you and I will certainly return."
