cleanliness very good but last night i was check in the hotel but some tragedy blackout happened. I ask to receptionist but the answer is dont know. How progress dont know. The condition to sleep is bad, mosquito and very hot then nothing to do. very bad the customer is complaint to tnb self. Her receptionist very bad. Dont know to speak malay 👎🏻 that was not international hotel but local hotel. when we ask how and progress but the answer from he is dont know. What is so bad the system check in no deposit or good system check in. just detail my check in like beliw picture. I check in 9.30pm and check out 2++am like that. Please and hope the badly tragedy not repeat again. and the hotel please refund my money for bad check in.
