I arrived in Rawang around 2 AM, but the hotel location shown on Google Maps was incorrect, and I couldn't find the hotel at all. I was forced to search for it using the address instead of the hotel name. When I tried to call the hotel's phone number, there was no answer. I finally reached the hotel around 3 AM. Unfortunately, the service at the reception counter was very disappointing — it was as if they weren't interested in helping guests. They asked for a cash deposit, even though I had no cash. They didn't allow bank transfers either, so I was forced to go out and find a bank at 3 AM. It was extremely inconvenient. I checked out at 8 AM. I had to climb the stairs to the second floor while carrying my bags and my child; there was no lift or assistance. The room itself was cramped, the towels provided were old and worn out, and even the bath mat looked like something from 30–40 years ago. The overall experience was truly disappointing. God willing, I will definitely not return to this hotel. Not recommended.
