Not good actually; not willing to provide cutlery, breakfast is boring. Everything too eco. No much customer service, no one will help you pick the heavy things. All staff just sit there watching you

服務很好，工作人員很熱情，離雪場纜車很近，逛小鎮也很方便，早餐很豐盛，種類繁多，都很好吃，還有茶和咖啡酸奶，到11點才結束，愉快的度過一個上午！住了5天很滿意，除了貴沒毛病～

房間設有Room Service服務不錯
早餐選擇多 而且味道不錯👍🏻
位置不知道是不是新建設 google地圖顯示由車站行去酒店需要24分鐘 但實情只需5-10分鐘 而且沒有明顯的行人路
