ZZhungaerwangThe hotel room is large. Especially spacious. But the same problem still exists, that is, the quality of toiletries is relatively poor. Another problem is that the swimming pool has no way to swim at night, because there is no heating system and the water is cooler. Other aspects are great, all aspects of service are very thoughtful, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

FFillipe OkadaI stayed only 01 night for the connection. Well located for what I needed ( near the airport), I had no time to drink coffee, small and simple room. Good service. For my need, all right.

Ssam jukThis hotel is infront of the recife Airport, but you need to cross the airport parking area and cross 2 road , this 2 road have lot of traffic, I ask the front desk they are saying is better to take the taxi to the hotel, otherwise the room is clean and comfortable, if you are arrived recife very late and this is the good choose for your night

DDjairApartment with poor maintenance, broken furniture, and a lot of dust. Parking is far from the hotel, and because of this the valet usually takes a long time to deliver the vehicle to you.

AArnoldStaff is very nice. Free breakfast buffet is adequate but nothing to brag about. Every time we ordered any type of meat (steak, veal parmigiana, beef soup) from room service menu it was incredibly horrible and we could literally not even cut it with a knife. We use the scissors and tore it apart with our bare hands. Room service can take up to two hours to get your food.  housekeeping ladies are very nice, as well as, some of the maintenance man. Every room we’ve ever stayed in the toilet seats are broken and scary when you sit on them. Don’t even think about having hot water in your shower whatsoever. And when it’s checkout time, you better be out of there as soon as possible!

RRafaelaQuarto limpo e cheiroso, café bom (poucas opções veganas) e atendimento bom também. Queria ter feito late check-out mas não estava disponível, então precisei ficar no sofá da recepção para esperar meu voo, o que não foi um grande problema. Possuem maleiro, então pude deixar minhas malas depois do check-out. Os recepcionistas foram muito simpáticos. Não tem elevador, se tiver problema de mobilidade ou muitas malas, talvez seja difícil acessar os quartos do 2o e 3o andar.
