Budget friendly hotel. Rooms clean bed linen clean so no complaints. Excellent shower little noisy from fellow hoteliers. Not in the most salubrious part of town but for the enteric not to far to walk to old town.

Let me start as rooms are good and clean, nothing negative I could say except that there was no coffee and hot water kittle inside the room you need to go downstairs and get your hot water and coffee if you want to drink coffee.
But overall, still good and clean, staff are courteous and respectful.

Just needed a room for some embassy/NBI business and the weekend. Room was fine and was comfortable, but no amenities like we were used to. The shower gel/shampoo/conditioner all three in one was a little off putting, and other amenities were for sale. Even with the coffee set up in the room, you still had to buy coffee/cream/sugar, was better to just go downstairs to the cafe. The hand soap dispenser was empty the while time we were there. Water dispenser is in the lobby only, so you have to go downstairs to fill bottles. Overall was an ok stay since we ventured out most of the days but these were some of the drawbacks.

Very accessible to gateway mall and all the local bars in cubao. The price is so cheap compared to their grandiose service. The room is so clean and meticulously interiored.... Stayed there for 2 weekends and I wouldn't try another place...

We stay for 2 nights and it was quite fine but there is a problem wih the sink and there is a loud noise outside our room due to some guy are painting and the smell of the paint is too strong and someone accidentally push the fire alarm
