The large mature trees on property provide a lot of shade which is nice to enjoy in Redding's summer heat. The locations is very close to the Sacramento river, river trails for walking and biking, and Orchards grocery store. Rode trip
We stayed for one night and the accommodations were just what we expected. The owner provided an excellent suggestion for dinner, Nello’s Place, which was very close (Italian).

Great property!!
Very clean, very nice property!! Had everything you could want all the amenities!! Coffemaker, hot pot, grinder. Whole bean coffee, teas. Lots of games, nice patio area!! Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again! Sadly did not have time for the pool :(

Perfect Place

Nice place
The kitchen is fully setup and great for cooking. The location is very nice. Pleasant neighborhood and close to things. We loved it.

Room to roam
Lots of room, quiet neighborhood, good parking. 15 minutes away by bicycle from the Sacramento River Trail and the Sundial Bridge. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
