I wish there was an ice machine, more towels were provided, and that the staff worked a bit faster during check in, but this is a good place to stay!

Woodspring is always clean and tidy in the room. Never disappoints. What I like about their rooms is that they have an equipped kitchen ready for cooking. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. You’d wanna bring your own shower gel though. Bed is just good for one person, two might be a bit too crowded.

Front desk staff is very inefficient - it takes forever to get checked in. My most recent room had used plastic cups in the bathroom. No ice machine and no cold water dispenser on property. There is no way a person can make ice cubes fast enough for a short stay. Not enough towels. Bed is high off ground, even in an accessible room. I am not in a wheelchair but if I were I have no idea how I would get in and out of the bed.

Rubbish hotel, poor service attitude! There are all kinds of black people, old Mexicans and weird guests living there! Next door to the hotel is a cemetery! There's always all kinds of noise going on upstairs and downstairs! The night before I left, I negotiated with the hotel to pay US$45 the next day to delay check-out until 14:00. However, I regretted it the next morning because I couldn't make it back, so the hotel directly deducted the full-day room rate for that day and asked me to come back. They reasoned, the front desk had an indifferent expression, it was just a button, there was nothing they could do! In the end, Ctrip was generous and helped me make up for the loss! Not recommended! Not recommended!

First of all, the check-in time is 3PM. After I arrived at 2PM, I told the front desk that it was not yet time to check in. Can I use the public toilet in the lobby (because the toilet door has a password lock). The front desk answered me that "the public toilet is only for guests staying in the hotel". I was petrified on the spot. After checking out, more than 20 dollars were inexplicably deducted from my credit card. I contacted Ctrip customer service to inquire about the situation. The hotel replied that I made ten long-distance calls. I was really speechless. I didn't care whether there was a telephone in the room at all, let alone use it! The hotel insisted that I used it, and I could only tell Ctrip customer service to forget it and not to worry about it. Such a hotel can only be said to be a once-in-a-century event. Although I was unable to recover this ** deduction in the end, the attitude of Ctrip customer service is still worthy of recognition. They said that they were willing to share half of the loss for me out of apology. Although I declined, they still deposited the money into my Ctrip wallet. So I remind everyone to avoid thunder. If you have to check in, you must be careful to clarify the bill with the front desk when checking out. I am used to self-check-out, and this time I really encountered it! 🥲

房間設施舒適床是可以的睡起來比較舒服。看着挺新但房間裏衞生一般般，浴室地上和浴缸卷卷黑長頭髮，衞生不是很乾凈。由於櫃子是深色的，櫃子面上有一層灰弄得我的帽子是黑色灰塵。房間有個可以煮食的地方，可是功率太小，煮點方便麪燒水都要很長時間。前台服務態度很好👍
