For one the staff was extremely patient with me I appreciate it very much. When checking out the housekeepers were amazingly kind and understanding and helpful. Thank you for a great experience and stay. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave would have loved to of stayed longer…!!!

There for the weekend at the BMX Nationals. Had a great time using your spa, driving range, putting greens and pool. Great place. We’ll be back for sure.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay in a beautiful location. The golf courses were really nice, especially the 18 hole putting course.
The only thing that was a negative was the fact that there was only one chair, a desk chair. Nothing to sit and relax in.I was told at the desk it was because there were 2 queen beds and no room for one...I saw that there was room but....
Otherwise a restful place to stay and enjoy Central Oregon.

This is a beautiful property with a lot of things to do with family. The room was clean and quiet. There was construction going on during our stay but the staff informed us of it and that it was only to be done during certain hours, which was followed through on. Staff were lovely and kind. Definitely will stay here again!

Disappointing
Hotel really needs some upgrades. Carpets in the common areas are very worn and stained and towels are worn and frayed.

Family Trip
The property was lovely. We were there for 3 days and barely scratched the surface of all the amenities they had to offer. We went to the indoor pool a couple of times and checked out a couple of the playgrounds while visiting a few places around Redmond and Bend. We didn't play any golf, but still enjoyed our stay. We did notice a few ants in the bathroom, which I was afraid my kids leaving crumbs around would have attracted more of, but it was never more than 1 or 2. My wife loved the white noise machine as she has problems sleeping without a fan or some ambient noise in the background. I saw some reviews lament the lack of on site dining, but there are plenty of options within a 30 minute drive.
