The breakfast quality is good.  The room is spacious and clean.

It’s location is nice and convenient. 
And the surrounding with trees, river, and trails makes it a better choice than Hilton Garden!

The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and pans, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stove, and a coffee machine. The room is relatively large, and the front desk service is also very good. You can park your car for free in the indoor parking lot opposite.

I would thoroughly recommend the Hyatt House to anyone staying in Redmond. I was pleasantly surprised with our room and stay. Without knowing Redmond, the parking garage felt safe to park our, the neighborhood was nice - though it seemed to lack on food options compared to other similar looking neighborhoods, and our room was great. We had a top-floor corner unit with a wrap-around balcony. The floor to cieling windows allowed for plenty of natural light with minimal noise from the road. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge in the room. The ceilings were the highest I've ever seen - except maybe once - in a hotel room, but I would be surprised if rooms on the lower floors had comparably high ceilings. While the room and staff were great, the breakfast here is fine but it is definitely one of the better free hotel breakfasts that I've had. If you're looking for a great place to relax right next to an urban bike/walking trail, then this is the place for you.

I lived once last year. This time I decided to stay. I waited until 4 pm to check out the room. The long-distance flight time difference was really sleepy and tired! Breakfast is only a simple Western breakfast! The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the surrounding area, which needs to be booked in advance. The overall is not bad, I feel that many are business trips, after all, there are still quite a lot of companies around.

A friend and I went to Seattle for a girls trip and wedding. We stayed at the Hyatt House Redmond for 5 nights. Almost everything was perfect. Breakfast was very good, the employees were very kind and welcoming, room was clean, beds were comfortable, etc. My only complaint was the tub/shower. The bottom is barely textured and there is no mat to put inside. And there are no bars on the wall. Add to that a relatively tall tub, and it would be so easy to slip and fall. Fortunately we didn’t.
