The dial house rooms were lovely, but as an overall stay that is far as it went. Coffee and cake/ sausage rolls doesn't constitute breakfast. And we were locked out, with one member of staff onside at any part of our stay

We were locked out of the hotel at 12.30 at night in the rain as the front door code didn't work. No one responded to numerous calls or texts to the contact number, which is only manned from 7am-9pm. Outside of that, the instructions advised guests 'in an emergency call 999'. We had to go and sleep on the couch in our friends' Airbnb. No one contacted us the next morning to check if we had got in or not. When we called the number ourselves to report what happened, we were told it was a 'glitch in the system'. Worst hotel set-up I've ever experienced. If you are relying on key codes and technology instead of humans, at least have someone available when the technology fails.

We arrived home from a night away at The Dial House last night and haven't stopped talking about it since! We had seen the hotel recommended in an article on the best places to stay in North Norfolk, took a stab for one night, and it's safe to say we will absolutely be back! We stayed in the Days of Raj room, and it was delightful. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable (definitely on the softer side). The bathroom was beautiful, with a spacious shower and lovely toiletries. We had a message a few days before staying, highlighting that the onsite wine bar (run by a separate company) was offering pizza, so we booked for dinner. We weren't expecting too much, what with the location being quite remote, but we had a great dinner sitting out the front of the hotel, with the food and drink being fantastic and reasonably priced. We had looked into the breakfast situation beforehand, but even if we hadn't, the staff were very helpful in outlining how it works, and the process was very easy. It's not your traditional B&B breakfast, but we were delighted to find out the bakery was run by Bread Source and true to form, there was a lot on offer and it didn't disappoint! The only negative we had was that the room was a loft room, so when the weather is hot (we had the fortune of staying on the hottest day of the year so far), it's incredibly hard to cool down. We were grateful for the fan that had been provided, but it was still warm.

This is a beautiful and eclectic B and B in the middle of town, in a lovely restored building, with a bakery downstairs. What could be better? Parking in the town square is free overnight, and there is a pub opposite. Highly recommended and we will be looking forward to our next stay.

The room, facilities were fantastic. The little touches, Norfolk Natural Living….. bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo with conditioner, added to the quality of our stay! Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised.

We couldn’t have asked for more from The Dial House - it was amazing! We stayed in the Natural History room which was beautifully decorated with something different to spot each time you walked in. The outdoor space was perfect, completely private, and the bed was without doubt the comfiest and biggest I’ve ever stayed in. Parking was absolutely no problem at the Station Road car park and a very short walk to the hotel. Reepham has everything you need - shop, butcher, post office, farm shop etc and The Kings Arms pub is wonderful, a beautiful country pub with amazing food and beautiful beer garden. We live in Norwich so were very excited by a Bread Source breakfast and weren’t disappointed! A really great set up as well with the keyless entry and breakfast. 5* brilliance and at a great price too, would totally recommend, even if you only live 20 mins away like us!

A perfect first stay at The Dial House. We stayed in Italian Palace and we loved it. The room is huge and well stocked, and decorated perfectly. The photos don’t do it justice! We also loved the breakfast at Bread Source - we were each entitled to a drink, piece of fruit, sweet item and savoury item - so yummy! We will definitely be back … we’ve got our eye on the Print Room next!
