"We stayed just one night at Villa Pitiana, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Room: The description stated that there was air conditioning, but in reality, there was only an old and very noisy penguin that kept us awake. The bed was uncomfortable, the floor dirty, and the room had a strong musty smell. The mosquito nets were broken, so when we opened the window, we were swarmed by mosquitoes. Dinner: During dinner, we found a horsefly in the bread basket, an unpleasant and unhygienic incident. Pool: There were no sun loungers available, and the pool was dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the stay did not live up to expectations, especially considering it is a 4-star property."

"From the first moment you enter Villa Rigacci, you feel immersed in the history of Tuscany. The interiors of the villa have a magical touch of charm, between past and present. Above all, the peace and music blend perfectly with the atmosphere. The staff, Mr. Federico and his family are very kind and friendly in welcoming you as old friends and relatives. The outside view is breathtaking, immersed in nature with beautiful horses and donkeys and the background of the chirping of swallows. Rich breakfast, excellent food and wine."

"Dilapidated structure. Dark and unkempt rooms. Cleanliness is not a word present. The only convenience is the parking and it is located near the toll booth exit. Breakfast no comment. The 70s/80s style needs a general renovation. I do not recommend it. The bathroom is uncomfortable and dirty."
