Such a lovely hotel with wonderful staff. I stayed 2 nights for my best friend's hen weekend, and we had afternoon tea for 8 on the 2nd day. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, the staff have the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth so you feel well looked after. Shout out to Kellie who kept plying us with drinks on Friday afternoon - she's lovely and a very good saleswoman! We finished off our stay after check out with time in the pool, spa pool and sauna/steam rooms and left for home refreshed and happy. My only negative comments are that the pillows are too soft - we had 3 each and I would have been grateful for one of them being firm - and the duvet is too warm for me, but of course that's personal taste. I hope to go back some time in the future.

We only stayed for a one night get away. The hotel is situated in lovely grounds, the view from our room was stunning. We had the Byron room located in a tower the room was fine, the bed was very comfortable, only downside is you cannot open the windows in the bedroom. We had dinner in the restaurant, food was decent and the service was good. Breakfast was OK but not anything special overcooked somewhat. We didn’t use any of the spa facilities. For us it was a good relaxing stay and we will most likely return in the future

Great hotel and room with the exception of…. No fridge in room. Cold barbecue food as we were last to be chosen the food was cold. Drinks prices VERY EXPENSIVE 1 x Bacardi and coke & 1 x vodka and coke £22 1 glass of rosey £18 And they charge you and extra £100 when you arrive for any services so come prepared

A Truly Magical Experience – Deserves 5 Stars! Where do I even begin? This hotel is absolutely stunning – from the breathtaking grounds to the charming, elegant interiors, everything was perfect. The staff were exceptional – so welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. My son's wedding was held here, and it was nothing short of magical. Kelly, the wedding organiser, was truly amazing. There are no words to express our gratitude to her and her team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making my son’s special day an unforgettable experience. I’ve also visited before for afternoon tea, which was just lovely – such a delightful treat and well worth a visit. This place has such charm and warmth. Spectacular in every way. Highly recommended!

We just wanted to say an enormous thank you to you and the team at Nutfield Priory. Our weekend was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The team thought about our every need even before we knew we needed something! Guests were commenting saying it was 5 star service and we couldn’t agree more. As hosts, we felt really at ease and so well taken of. Thank you all so, so much. We look forward to celebrating more events with you in the future.

Two friends in their 40s staying overnight for a spa break. We arrived and went straight to the spa. The treatments were lovely and the spa itself very nice. Afterwards at the hotel we had some lovely cocktails and dinner. Overall the hotel it lovely and the staff were attentive. Felt it was very well priced for what you got. Would definitely stay again.

The spa was excellent. The hotel decr could do with update. The room was clean but on second floor with outlook over car park. Spa not attached to hotel so glad weather was fine breakfast was plentiful but evening meal disappointing. Both lamb and steak dry and inedible. Expensive meal. Over 100 pounds for a bowl of soup and two glasses of wine. The staff in cloisters very apologetic but it put a damper on what had been an enjoyable day.

Gorgeous place. Stunning views and beautiful Christmas decorations. We visited for the Christmas afternoon tea. The manager (I think his name was Abdul) was very friendly, kind and attentive, all the staff were lovely and our family had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Disappointed to say the least. The decor/furniture in the room is tired and drab. We stayed in a room that had obviously had a leak above the window and there was an extensive water stain on the pelmet. While this is not a problem, it just doesn’t look great aesthetically. The breakfast was very good and the staff on this shift were really lovely. If you’re a party of more than two people however, you are seated at the rear of the restaurant. Only if you are a couple do you get to enjoy the views. The staff in the Spa are very helpful although you do have to walk around the back of the hotel and across a car park to reach it. I would say that customer service in some areas needs improvement.
