Extremely clean room. Located next to residential area and can experience how the local lives. Good breakfast spread and very popular with different tourists crowd. 10 to 15 mins walking distances to nearby Champagne houses and town centres

Good hotel, clean calm and well situated. Would definitely go again. The only downside is there isn't a lot of kitchenware.

No air conditioning makes it hard to survive in summer. Moreover, sleeping with the window open results in dozen mosquitoes flying around the head in the night

Area is okay but I find the place sketchy. There’s also no air conditioning which I didn’t read or see before booking. Gate lock was broken which made me feel unsafe too.

Loved our stay here really good location and room clean tidy and compact and included a little kitchen.

It was a great experience staying here as it was nearby most of the main hotspots that me and my friends were planning on going to.

The heating didn't work, and the staff at reception were ****** and incredibly rude. They didn't listen to or care about the customer's needs. Other than that, the hotel itself is clean, so that's not the issue. The real problem is that they refuse to find any solutions and left me waiting outside until 3 PM. I've never experienced anything like it; normally, if a room is clean and available, they let you check in. They're malicious and they know it.

Very good, the welcome was very friendly, and the breakfast was complete.

Location is not so near center. Lack of basic amenities and equipment.

Impeccable service, varied food.

Nice hotel, our room was quiet as it was facing the courtyard. The bag of candies as amenities was a nice touch ! Very easy to park the car near by & walking distance from city center and Champagne houses. Good value for money in Reims !
