The room was incredibly tiny, making it awkward to even move around. The pictures showed a bathtub in the room type I booked, but upon arrival, there wasn't one. I was told I needed to request a bathtub in advance, and then, after I did, they said there were no rooms available with one. Besides that, the entire hotel felt small and cramped, definitely not a five-star in the traditional sense. There was nowhere comfortable to sit, and the bar seemed more like a prop. The lobby was also very small and crowded. The most frustrating part was that this 'five-star' hotel charges extra for the pool, and kids aren't even allowed – none of this was clearly stated. I specifically booked this hotel hoping to take my baby swimming, only to find out we couldn't swim and there was no bathtub. It was a completely disappointing experience.

Beautiful view from the room. Space could be better utilized though, for eg more storage space in bathroom or having a double sink instead of one. Housekeeping doesn’t ensure items such as tissue box are replenished. Had to call separately to ask for such. Placement of kettle/coffee machine is awkward.

Location is great just at front of the Cathedral. Rooms with the view are very small and the price is elevated as there are practically no other competitive hotels.Next time in Reims I consider to rent an apartment.

Fantastic location right next to the cathedral !  Easy to get around the city center and many restaurants options near by.  The rooms are a bit old but considering the location it may be the best option in the area.  Highly recommended !
