"Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant calls pretty high prices for ordinary, but not exceptional food. The DZ was OK, with a small shift of the double bed it would have been comfortable to reach from both sides. The location is very nice."

"I stayed at Tryp Hotel for two nights with my dog. Friendly, problem-free check-in, the room was very clean and furnished perfectly fine for the hotel category. The bed was comfortable, everything worked in the bathroom, the TV ran without any problems with great programs. The breakfast also left nothing to be desired for me - bread, rolls and other pastries, coffee, tea, milk, cocoa, juices, various types of sausage and cheese, jams, honey, etc., cereals, muesli, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, Hot dog... The dog wasn't allowed in the direct breakfast room because it was an open buffet, but there was an adjoining room where he was allowed or, when the weather was nice, on the terrace, which is directly adjacent to the breakfast room. There are free parking spaces directly at the hotel. I will definitely come back when I'm in Lübeck again."

"Personnel is very friendly and in part for years there. Because constantly changing operators do not have a ”sul” in the hotel. Little motivation to make the hotel better because staff from foreign hotel chain can hardly make changes on their own. Hotel is clean, but very well in the years without any rehabilitation in the last 30Jahren (we come regularly!!!). Smoking sticks in buildings are already quite sticking the hall and, if necessary, rooms (depending on location). Italian restaurants in the building very good. Rooms very dark in the absence of deck lighting, only steel lamps with energy savings. No way to load mobile phones in bed. No allergic room. Beds with substance, therefore nothing for house dust allergics. Breakfast buffet completely ok, though nothing special. Select of backbroods, bread, croissants, sauce, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit, tomato/gurk/paprika, 6 marmelades, honey, 2Ssite, tea, coffee machine. Sauna available (no, no comment). Parking from €12/d, or on the street. Location on the outskirts of the city (Stockelsdorf), not footing for Lübecker Old Town. Good as a stop to the Baltic Sea/Denmark, as far from the motorway."

"Good value for money when travelling with children. The service was friendly and helpful, the room was a bit dated but clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Conveniently located close to the A1 Autobahn with parking available close to the room and still in walking distance of the old city."
